Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Operations Coordinator. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of music, video, and podcast content to users worldwide. We collaborate with various stakeholders to develop scalable solutions and initiatives that enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and process complex incoming requests efficiently.
- Resolve a large volume of tickets daily, ensuring timely responses.
- Troubleshoot ingestion and curation issues, collaborating with stakeholders for solutions.
- Support team projects, research, and information gathering to improve processes.
About the Role
Must be open to working Holidays, this role will provide coverage on Holidays.
Requirements
- Experience with customer relationship management tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the music and/or podcast industry AND have experience working with digital service providers.
- Experience with AI automation, agentic solutions, or AI technologies.
