Music Assistant - Summer Student Employment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Physical organization and clerical data entry for the choral and instrumental digital libraries (sheet music libraries and program item inventories)
• Updating mailing lists and sending concert/recruitment materials
• Organizing and cleaning physical spaces: the MPS/G200M, chorale/instrumental storage spaces, etc...

Qualifications

• MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
• MUST BE FEDERAL WORK STUDY ELIGIBLE
• Include a Resume and Cover Letter
• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT MATERIALS UP TO 50 POUNDS, WHEN NEEDED
• SHOULD HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT AND GOOGLE SUITE APPLICATIONS
