Museum Docent

About the role

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is hiring a Museum Docent for a 12-month contract at the Toyota Experience Center (Toyota Museum at HQ) in Plano, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and make them feel welcome.
• Conduct tours to VIPs and special groups.
• Aid visitors, answer questions, and assist staff, including some cleaning.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, turn exhibits on/off.

Qualifications/What you bring (Must Haves)

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking to small and large groups of people.
• Personable, positive attitude, flexible to changing situations.
• Able to follow directions and processes.

Added Bonus

• If you have:
• Apart from the must-haves, automotive experience or being a car enthusiast.
• Languages: Spanish, Japanese, American Sign Language.

Pay

The pay range for this role is between $17.00 - $20.00/Hr.
