About the Opportunity
The Department of Diagnostic Radiology at West Virginia University School of Medicine is seeking well-rounded, diagnostic radiologists (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank) to join our rapidly expanding academic imaging team. The academic practice has a long-standing, collegial relationship with the nearby Veterans Administration hospital and the primary responsibility of the successful applicant will be to provide general diagnostic imaging coverage for this site.

Practice Highlights
- Engaging community radiology work with diverse and academically stimulating case mix
- Reasonable daily imaging volumes of 80-120 total cases (30-40 CTs/MRIs)
- Work with a dedicated team of fellowship-trained radiologists, nurses, and specialized technologists to provide integrated, patient-centered care
- No IR procedures, PET/nuclear medicine, or mammography required for this opportunity

Qualifications
- MD or DO (or foreign equivalent), board certified/eligible in Radiology
- Eligible for West Virginia medical licensure
- J-1 visa waiver sponsorship available
- Well-rounded diagnostic radiology skillset, including basic fluoroscopy
