Job Summary

The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The operator’s assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
  • Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.
  • Able to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions.
  • Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
  • Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the job.

Requirements

  • Days/Hours: 1st shift: Base pay $19.65 Monday – Friday 7:00am -3:30pm – 8hr shifts. Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm – 9hr shifts. Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:30pm – 10hr shifts. Must be able to work mandatory OT on Saturdays 8hr shifts as scheduled.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Pass pre-employment tests, as required.
  • Pass pre-work ability screen, as required.
  • Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs
