About the role

Plato's Closet is seeking full and part-time Stylists who love fashion and enjoy working alongside fun, interesting people. Stylists help teens and young adults find styles they look great in, ensuring the store is organized and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately, determine their needs, and handle all transactions professionally and enthusiastically
• Be familiar with products, brands, and prices, making product recommendations to suit customers' needs
• Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by adding items to the close of the sale
• Price and ticket items based on established guidelines
• Restock the store according to the merchandising plan
• Maintain store displays and adhere to housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedures
• Achieve personal and store sales goals through sound customer service and sales protocols

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
• Stand for extended periods of time
