About the role
We are seeking a strong Murex Front Office Business Analyst with deep expertise in Murex Front Office functionality and workflow experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Murex experience supporting Front Office users, including trade capture, pricing, and related workflows, and will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams in a production environment. This is a pure Front Office resource role with skills in valuation, risk analytics, MRA/MRB, and pre-trade processes.
Responsibilities
- Support Front Office users on Murex, covering trade capture, pricing, and related workflows
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver solutions in a production environment
- Analyze and document complex business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Contribute to or lead large-scale system transformation and implementation initiatives
- Configure and support Murex across front-to-back workflows
- Provide expertise in valuation, risk analytics, MRA/MRB, and pre-trade processes
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement resilient system solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day Front Office operations
- Assist in workflow design and enhancements to optimize Front Office activities
Requirements
- Front Office Murex expertise – strong knowledge of Front Office Murex modules alongside skills in valuation, risk analytics, and MRA/MRB, pre-trade
- Deep hands-on experience with the Murex platform, covering front-to-back workflows, system configuration, and support
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to or leading large-scale system transformation and implementation projects
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing resilient system solutions

Pay
Salary range: $140,000 - $172,000. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on factors including geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, demand for the role, and overall business and labor market considerations.
