About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and Drafting: Develop civil engineering designs, including site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Permitting and Compliance: Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Technical Reports: Create engineering reports, feasibility studies, and calculations to support project design and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or municipal projects.
- Licensing: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus or a willingness to obtain it.
