Multisite Property Manager

About the role

We are currently hiring for a Property Manager to oversee two Class A communities in Savannah: Heron on the Bluff and Osprey on the Bluff. We are looking for a strong, seasoned Manager with a proven track record of turning around underperforming communities, improving occupancy, and driving overall property performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve performance, strengthen the team, and drive successful results across both communities
• Lead, communicate, coach, mentor, and train your team to bring our mission to life by creating referral-worthy customer experiences consistently
• Balance your role as a team leader and business-minded strategist
• Advocate for your team and develop talent
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
• Drive property performance

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a residential Property Manager required
• Prior supervisory experience, including hiring, team training and coaching, and budget management
• Familiar with the Savannah market
• Strong working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management/accounting software
• Strong understanding of property financials and the ability to effectively balance income and expenses to achieve the best overall results
• Proven experience improving occupancy and property performance, preferably in an underperforming community
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged
