Key Responsibilities

  • Process GTSS products including Import/Export Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Banker’s Acceptances, and Standby Letters of Credit
  • Support FX transactions such as international payments, settlements, and investigations
  • Review, execute, and reconcile transactions and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Cook up coordination with internal partners to facilitate trade transactions, payments, settlements, and disbursements
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain documentation and system records to support paperless, high-volume processing

Basic Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Prior banking, payments, or financial operations experience
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems/screens throughout the day
  • Trade finance or letters of credit experience preferred

Location Expectations

  • This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
