Key Responsibilities
- Process GTSS products including Import/Export Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Banker’s Acceptances, and Standby Letters of Credit
- Support FX transactions such as international payments, settlements, and investigations
- Review, execute, and reconcile transactions and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Cook up coordination with internal partners to facilitate trade transactions, payments, settlements, and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain documentation and system records to support paperless, high-volume processing

Basic Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Prior banking, payments, or financial operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable working across multiple systems/screens throughout the day
- Trade finance or letters of credit experience preferred
Location Expectations
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
