Multiple Campground Positions!

About the role

ELS is seeking Multiple Campground Positions in Contoocook, New Hampshire. Positions available include Maintenance, Ranger/Security, Housekeeping, and Front Desk roles.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Communicate with Property Manager and staff to address inquiries.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and solve problems promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, report maintenance concerns, and perform repairs.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Conduct irrigation system repairs.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Monitor and enforce park rules.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Customer Service & Basic Computer Skills.
• One year of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and scheduling skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
