Duties/Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth to achieve revenue targets with a focus on new digital and local direct business
- Create and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing accounts
- Aid in creating and maintaining budgets and quota goals
- Assist with overseeing the sales team, assisting with presenting and closing business
- Work directly with the Local Sales Manager
- Ensure proper development of new and existing accounts
- Work at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with a Multimedia Executive and advertisers
- Create and implement new strategies to develop new business
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage multiple projects
- Effectively handle scheduling problems in a timely manner, make goods, and provide general follow-through with clients
- Maintain and continually improve knowledge of effective marketing principles
- Make regular contributions to the sales team through research and participation in sales meetings
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous management experience and ability to lead a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to adapt to the market
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
