Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with local and regional clients, agencies, and advertisers
- Possess and utilize strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Create and deliver integrated sales presentations aligned with client marketing goals
- Maximize revenue from an assigned account list while actively building a robust pipeline of new business
- Possess and utilize strong consultative selling and account development skills
- Possess and utilize strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Research, Ad Operations, and Content teams
- Execute and oversee campaigns to ensure successful delivery, performance, and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking
- Ensure accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution including orders, traffic instructions, billing, and collections
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or related field
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close business
- Experience selling or supporting multi-platform media solutions (TV, Radio, Digital)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments
Desired Skills
- Experience with integrated media sales (linear + digital + audio)
- Understanding of media pricing models, audience measurement, and campaign performance metrics
- Experience with branded content and cross-platform campaign execution
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability
