The Argus Observer is looking for a motivated, organized, and goal-driven Multimedia Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys meeting new people, building lasting business relationships, and helping local businesses succeed through innovative marketing solutions.

What You'll Sell

• Print advertising in the Argus Observer
• Digital advertising on our website
• Programmatic display advertising
• Email marketing campaigns
• Social media marketing solutions
• Sponsored content and special sections
• Custom multimedia advertising packages

What You'll Do

• Develop new business relationships throughout Eastern Oregon and Western Idaho
• Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of advertising clients
• Consult with business owners and marketing decision-makers
• Create customized advertising and marketing solutions
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the growth of local businesses and our community

Qualifications

• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoys prospecting and developing new business
• Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Can build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Has sales experience (media sales experience is a plus, but not required)
• Is comfortable using technology and digital marketing products
