About the role

RiVidium is seeking a Multimedia Lead Producer (Video/Photo) to support their planned MODES III team, which focuses on Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP).

Responsibilities

  • Lead multimedia production planning and oversee execution of video and photography deliverables.
  • Cook up concept development, production schedules, editing, and final delivery.
  • Ensure multimedia content aligns with approved messaging, audience needs, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and stakeholder teams to support campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Have relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15+ yrs).
  • Be able to meet applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and handle sensitive but unclassified information.
  • Show strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
  • Show demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

  • Basic Qualifications: Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.

  • Basic Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.

Work Setting

This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
