About the role

Softline Solutions is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Southern California. We help businesses grow online by increasing visibility, generating leads, and boosting sales through tailored, data-driven campaigns across key digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging presentations translating complex ideas into clear, structured visual narratives
• Develop video-based presentations incorporating animation, motion graphics, and voiceover
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define messaging, audience needs, and objectives
• Enhance presentations with multimedia elements such as audio, video, and interactive components
• Edit video content to improve clarity, pacing, and visual impact
• Apply storytelling and data visualization techniques to strengthen communication
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging presentation formats

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in presentation design, multimedia production, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in presentation programs (PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Gamma)
• Strong foundation in visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI tools to support creative workflows and efficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Adobe Firefly)

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Creating executive-level or client-facing presentations, creating interactive or immersive presentation formats, basic audio editing and voiceover integration, developing or working within brand identity systems

Skills

• Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, composition, data visualization, motion design, and modern AI-assisted creative workflows
• Comfortable building polished slide decks and producing dynamic, video-driven presentation experiences

The Pay Range For This Role Is 72,000 - 89,000 USD per year(Softline HQ)
