Multimedia Designer

About the Role

Our agency client is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to support the creative and digital marketing initiatives of a prestigious global law firm. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of design and technology. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing visually compelling digital experiences, developing responsive assets, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure flawless execution across multiple digital platforms. Working closely with creative, marketing, and client teams, this individual will help bring campaigns to life through engaging multimedia content, interactive digital experiences, email marketing, and web-based communications. Success in this role requires a versatile designer with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to build, edit, optimize, and troubleshoot responsive email templates, landing pages, and web content.
• Experience working within email marketing platforms, including Vuture or comparable marketing automation platforms, to develop and deploy digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience creating multimedia content, including motion graphics, animation, video editing, audio production, and digital storytelling.
• Proven ability to design and produce a variety of digital marketing assets, microsites, interactive experiences, and other web-based communications that align with brand standards.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience diagnosing and resolving digital production issues across email, web, and multimedia platforms.
• Proficiency with collaborative design tools such as Figma, with an understanding of modern design systems and digital production workflows.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related creative applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt quickly in a client-focused environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with designers, developers, account teams, and clients to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
