About the role

The Multimedia Designer & Creative Lead is responsible for creating engaging visual content that enhances brand identity and supports marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in multimedia design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they impact visual content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
