About the role

The Department of Psychiatry seeks a highly motivated Multimedia Design Assistant II, a position that combines creativity and vital administrative functions for the department across its various divisions.

Responsibilities

• With the direction and guidance of the Manager of Program Innovation and Strategic Initiatives, helps create and maintain content for the department's communication channels (digital, print, video, web).
• Assists in the development, production, and dissemination of marketing collateral for Psychiatry's programs including its continuing education events (conferences and Grand Rounds), residency and fellowship programs, research, alumni outreach, internal and external events.
• Assists in event planning, production, and post-event processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
