    What You'll Do

    • Develop new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up.
    • Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
    • Conduct comprehensive policy reviews and recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
    • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
    • Cross-sell multiple product lines to provide complete protection for customers and their families.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency and state guidelines.
    • Stay current on product knowledge, underwriting changes, and industry trends.
    • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.

      What We're Looking For

      • Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
      • Proven success in insurance sales with strong closing abilities.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals.
      • High level of integrity and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
      • Organized, dependable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
