MULTIFUNCTIONAL SALES ASSOCIATE (24 Hours, Fix Term, White City MAN)

About the role

We are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team at our White City, London store. This is a fixed-term position for 24 hours per week, with shifts spanning Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering a positive shopping experience that reflects MANGO’s brand values.
• Actively contribute to increasing store sales by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending products.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, including processing transactions, managing returns and exchanges, and ensuring accurate cash handling and register balancing.
• Assist in stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely distribution to the sales floor.
• Uphold MANGO’s image and customer service standards, ensuring the store is well-presented and service delivery is consistent and professional.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers effectively, highlighting key features and benefits to drive interest and sales.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to support business objectives, sharing insights and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, proactive, and responsible, with the ability to multitask across sales, cashier, and stockroom functions. You should possess strong customer engagement skills, contribute to sales growth, and maintain high standards of service and presentation.
