Multifunctional Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Qualifications

You are a self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills and experience leading union represented employees within a dynamic production environment. Your technical expertise and organizational skills enable you to efficiently manage complex operations while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.

• Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills.
• Solid technical and customer interface skills required.
• Demonstrated full spectrum leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities, and provide direction in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Possess ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and emergency situations that could impact flow of parts.
• Experience working with and leading union/represented employees.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $72,500.00 - $134,600.00. At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
