Job Description Coordinate daily site activities for multifamily construction projects to maintain steady progress.Monitor work completed by subcontractors and address site issues as they arise.Review project schedules and organise site activities to support planned delivery dates.Maintain safe and orderly job sites through regular site inspections and clear work planning.Track materials, equipment, and site access needs to reduce delays in construction work.Communicate project updates with internal teams, subcontractors, and relevant project contacts.Review completed work against project plans and quality requirements before moving to the next phase.Keep accurate site records, including daily progress, deliveries, and outstanding items. The Successful Applicant A Successful Multifamily Superintendent Should Have Experience coordinating on-site multifamily construction activities.Ability to read and work from construction plans and project schedules.Experience overseeing subcontractor activity and site coordination.Knowledge of construction site safety practices and inspection routines.Ability to manage materials, equipment, and daily site priorities.Clear communication skills for working with project teams and trade partners.
