Blue Roc Premier is searching for a seasoned Resident Service Director to join our team. The role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
• Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.

Requirements

• HVAC 608 Certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Knowledge of preventive and general maintenance.
• College degree helpful but not required.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual is a plus.
