- Create and refine 3D CAD models in Rhino, translating sketches and concepts into manufacturable product forms
- Develop high-quality KeyShot renderings for internal reviews, presentations, and concept validation
- Explore materials, finishes, coatings, textures, and decoration techniques with a strong understanding of manufacturing constraints
- Partner closely with Packaging Engineering, Product Development, and external vendors to ensure feasibility, tooling readiness, and production execution

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, wellness, or consumer packaged goods design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating primary packaging, structural packaging, and component design from concept through production

- Strong understanding of injection molding, materials, manufacturing processes, and decoration techniques
- Experience developing 3D packaging concepts, CAD models, renderings, and production-ready files
- Ability to move fluidly between structural design, component engineering, packaging graphics, and brand systems
- Strong eye for proportion, tactility, materiality, and real-world consumer interaction
- Deep understanding of how packaging design influences perception of efficacy, quality, and trust in beauty products
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume product development environments
