About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, long-standing manufacturing team that's also embracing the future of technology and innovation. Our team includes many long-tenured, experienced professionals whose deep knowledge provides an invaluable foundation—while we actively bring in fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to modernize equipment, expand technical training, and build a best-in-class Maintenance & Engineering department.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and infrastructure systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems (HVAC, chillers, air compressors)
  • Support automation and equipment upgrade projects alongside engineering
  • Learn or apply PLC and control system fundamentals
  • Lead Technicians serve as subject matter experts in high-level troubleshooting, fabrication, and project support. They provide mentorship and training to team members but do not have direct supervisory responsibilities, as salaried supervisors manage people and shift operations.

  • 0–6+ years of industrial maintenance experience (placement based on skill level)
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, or facility systems
  • Familiarity with HVAC, compressed air, chilled water systems, and PLC basics
  • Ability to read schematics, follow safety standards, and use CMMS systems
