DHL Express has been named #2 Top Employer in the World! As a Multichannel Sales Representative, you will promote and sell DHL services by email or phone to meet sales targets and generate revenue.

Responsibilities

• Address any inquiries and communicate with clients by sending and receiving emails as well as making outbound calls to or accepting inbound calls from prospective clients and answer questions
• Cultivate new qualified leads to refer to the sales team
• Actively and attentively monitor customer global sales activity while making adjustments to processes and strategies to help the continued success of DHL
• Execute and develop email, web, telephone, and mail marketing to establish and qualify prospects/clients for the sales force

Requirements

• A high school diploma and 1-2 years of sales experience or a bachelor's degree
• Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation
• Commitment to exceed targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Looking for career growth on sales field
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Geographically mobile with a global mindset
