Multi-Unit Manager QSR
Lead and inspire multiple restaurant teams across our Corpus Christi and Portland, TX locations as a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across all locations
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and service excellence
- Analyze P&L statements and implement strategies to improve margins
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent; build a strong leadership bench
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants
- Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High energy, hands-on leadership style
- Willingness to travel regularly between Corpus Christi and Portland locations
