Multi-Unit Leader

About the role

Liberty Tax is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Leader to oversee a portfolio of company-owned retail tax offices. This role is ideal for leaders with experience as a District General Manager, District Operations Coordinator, Area Manager, or in another multi-unit retail tax leadership position. The position is remote with regional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and profitability of multiple retail tax locations.
• Coach and develop office leaders while building a culture of accountability.
• Drive revenue growth, labor optimization, and P&L performance.
• Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Training, and Operations to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Travel throughout your assigned market to support and develop your teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading multi-unit retail tax operations or supporting multiple tax offices.
• Experience as a District General Manager, District Operations Coordinator, Area Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong background in Retail Tax, Franchise Operations, Multi-Unit Operations, P&L Management, Business Development, and Team Leadership.
• Leadership experience supporting multiple retail tax offices with Liberty Tax, H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, or another multi-unit tax preparation organization is strongly preferred.
