About the role

Run great restaurants. Build great GMs. Step up from the four walls. We are seeking a driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead restaurants for a fast-growing, mission-driven, fast casual brand. This is a high-touch multi-unit model: two to three restaurants, an AGM in every location, and a leader who is in the restaurants most of the week coaching teams rather than managing from a spreadsheet. It's the right next step for a top-performing General Manager from a strong brand who is ready to own results across more than one location.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial performance for your restaurants: sales, labor, food cost, controllables, and guest experience
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop General Managers; build AGMs and shift leads into the next GMs
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and walkthroughs on food safety, quality, speed, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Set clear expectations for each GM and hold them accountable to results
• Roll out new initiatives, menu changes, and systems consistently across your restaurants
• Review budgets, forecasts, and labor plans with each GM; analyze KPIs to spot trends early
