The Role
- Refurbish vacant properties to ensure they are ready for handover to new tenants
- Carpentry and joinery repairs
- Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Door hanging and adjustments
- Replacement of internal and external doors
- UPVC door and window replacements
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Painting and decorating
- Wall and floor tiling
- Patch plastering
- Flooring installation, including cap and cove flooring
- General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
- Manage workload using a handheld device
- Work to programme deadlines
- Ensure every property is completed to a high standard
