Multi Trade Maintenance Technician

About the role

Worthington Manufacturing is seeking a Multi Trade Maintenance Technician to join their team in West Warwick, RI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Communicate effectively with other tradespeople and supervisors to coordinate work activities
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay

The starting hourly rate is 30 USD, with potential for overtime pay. Overtime pay is calculated at 1.5 times the regular rate.

Schedule
