Multi-Systemic (MST) Therapist – Problem Sexual Behaviors Team Lead
for headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
First, Benefits section: The posting starts with "Benefits At Applewood, we prioritize our employees and their wellbeing. We provide competitive benefit options to our employees and their families, including domestic partners. Our offerings include: Health & Care: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, low-cost plan options & 24/7 EAPFamily First: Paid parental leave (birth & adoption), fertility/IVF support & pet insuranceCareer Growth: 50% CWRU MSW tuition discount & free supervision for licensed rolesFinancial Protection: 403(b) with employer match + 100% employer-paid life & LTD insuranceTime Off: Generous PTO and paid organizational holidays"
We need to format as a list. Probably each bullet is a benefit category. Could list each bullet as
- . The text after colon includes details. We'll produce
- Health & Care: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, low-cost plan options & 24/7 EAP
etc.
But note there is no space between EAP and Family First? The original: "...EAPFamily First:" likely a formatting error. We'll separate.
We'll produce list items.
Next, QUALIFICATIONS: Contains Education, Licensure, Competency/Skills (list of many), Experience, Other.
We need to format as sections? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications
. Under that we can have subheadings? Not required but we can keep as prose or lists.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Could break into - for each bullet under Education, Licensure, Competency/Skills (list), Experience, Other.
But we must not create thin sections with filler. We'll produce a Qualifications section with sub-lists.
We need to decide: Should we separate Skills as its own section? The posting includes Competency/Skills list. Could make a Skills section. But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine under Qualifications.
We'll output:
Benefits
...
Qualifications
... maybe nested? But we can just list each qualification as - with sub-details.
Better: Use
Education
etc? But they said use those headings for section headings; we can use Education as a heading? Not in the list but could be okay. However they gave examples; not strict. Safer to keep Qualifications as one section and inside use for prose and
for lists.
We'll produce:
Qualifications

Now Job Summary: Provide as Job Summary
with .
Essential Duties: Use
Essential Duties
with - each duty.
Other Duties: Could be separate
Other Duties
with list.
We must not include duplicated lines: The posting includes some duplicated lines like "Attend team meetings and consultations on time and as scheduled. Be open to feedback and suggestion from others, be prepared for meetings, actively participate as a supportive team member, and maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers." appears both in Essential Duties and Other Duties. We need to preserve ALL substantive information but remove duplicated lines. So we should keep only one instance. Which one? Probably keep in Essential Duties and omit duplicate in Other Duties. Or we could merge. We'll keep in Essential Duties and remove duplicate from Other Duties.
Also there is duplicated "Attend weekly team meetings and consultations on time and as scheduled." appears in Essential Duties and also in Other Duties? Actually Other Duties includes "Attend team meetings and consultations on time and as scheduled." Slight difference: weekly vs not. We'll keep both? They are similar but not identical. We'll keep both if they differ. But we can deduplicate exact lines. The line "Attend team meetings and consultations on time and as scheduled." appears in Other Duties; Essential Duties has "Attend weekly team meetings and consultations on time and as scheduled." Not exact duplicate, so keep both.
Other duplicate: "Be open to feedback and suggestions from others, be prepared for meetings, actively participate as a supportive team member, and maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers." appears in Essential Duties and also in Other Duties (with slight variation: "Be open to feedback and suggestion from others" missing s). We'll keep both? They are not exact duplicates; but they are very similar. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. If they are not exactly identical, we keep both. We'll keep both.
Now produce HTML.
We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML.
Let's craft.
Check for any boilerplate: EEO statement at end: remove.
Also remove "Applewood Centers, Inc. (“Applewood”) is a private, nonprofit agency..." That's substantive about the organization; we should keep? It's descriptive of employer. Might be considered substantive. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that description. Could be placed in a after Job Summary maybe as "About Applewood". But we don't have a heading for About the company. Could include as a paragraph under Job Summary or as its own section "About the Agency". The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not explicitly forbidding other headings. Could add
About Applewood
. That seems reasonable.
We'll include that.
Now produce final HTML.
