Multi-Systemic Therapist

About the role

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) empowers individuals and strengthens communities through our mission. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Multi-Systemic Therapist to serve Raleigh and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, evidence-based therapy designed to empower youth to thrive and strengthen family systems.
• Conduct MST assessments by reviewing referrals and engaging key participants.
• Partner closely with caregivers to address barriers and drive meaningful change.
• Develop treatment plans, deliver targeted interventions, collaborate with schools, court systems, and community partners, and maintain documentation aligned with MST standards.
• Include travel within Wake County and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience working in family and/or youth services will also be considered.
• Experience with direct use of pragmatic (i.e., structural, strategic, and functional) family therapies.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.

• Willingness to provide care in community and office-based settings.
• Participation in the crisis phone support rotation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect families to community resources.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.00.

Schedule

This role includes non-traditional hours, allowing clinicians to create and manage their own schedules.
