Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role

• Proper Equipment: Must have a good variety of basic tools, and understand which tools are needed for each job so that you can notify the office if you do not have the specific tool for a job so that we can acquire the tool for you.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
• Be Presentable: Polite and honest
• A dependable truck or van that can haul tools and materials
• Organized tools
• Someone who is punctual and efficient maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoys being an Integral part of a winning team.
