Multi Skilled Carpenter

Job Summary

We are a friendly and respected handyman, repair, and remodeling company based in Central Houston. We seek experienced carpenters with multi-trade skills to work part-time or full-time, typically Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, occasionally on Saturdays. Our starting wage is $30 per hour, with an additional $40 trip allowance per job. • Positive Interaction with Clients and Colleagues
• Successful Prior Track Record as Carpenter/Craftsman
• Estimation Skills and Home Inspection Experience (Preferred)
• Own Standard Set of Tools for Multiple Trades
• Valid Driver’s License
• Residence Within 15 Miles of Houston
• Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong Documentation and Invoicing Skills
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
• Pass Background Check and Drug Screen

Qualifications for the Role

• Successful Prior Track Record as Carpenter/Craftsman
• Estimation Skills and Prior Home Inspection Experience (Preferred)
• Own Standard Set of Tools for Multiple Trades
• Valid Driver’s License
• Residence Within 15 Miles of Houston
• Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong Documentation and Invoicing Skills

Compensation
