Responsibilities

• Regularly Include Interior and exterior carpentry
• Trim, molding, and finish work
• Drywall repair, finishing, and texture matching
• Door and window installation and repair
• Cabinet installation and adjustments
• Flooring and tile repairs
• Deck, fence, and exterior wood repairs
• Light plumbing
• Punch-list and maintenance projects
• Light commercial tenant improvements and finish work

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience
• Comfortable working independently
• Confidently completes a variety of home repair and improvement projects
• Communicates well with homeowners and coworkers
• Shows up on time and follows through on commitments
• Maintains a clean, organized work vehicle and workspace
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Passes a background check
