Responsibilities
You will work from your home on a full-time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites on the far west side of San Antonio and nearby areas.
Requirements
- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman
- Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
- Own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Own a work truck or van
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Residence within 15 miles of the city of San Antonio
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
