Job Summary

We are a top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company in Lakeland, affiliated with the Ace Hardware brand. We provide services for homes and businesses in Polk County, ranging from small repairs to major renovations. We are currently seeking experienced Multi-skilled Craftsmen who can work full-time or part-time, using their own vehicles to travel to job sites.

About the role

As a Multi-skilled Craftsman, you will work independently, providing quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Potential income ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, and we offer benefits and performance bonuses. This is a W2 position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical
• Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with clients and colleagues
• Estimate projects and document work accurately
• Manage your own schedule and earnings

Requirements

• Experienced in multiple trades
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Pass a background check

• Successful prior track record as a Craftsman
• Good overall knowledge of all trades
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and colleagues

Pay and Schedule

Your potential income can range from $20 to $25 per hour, and you will work out of your home on your choice of a full-time or part-time basis, using your own vehicle to travel to job sites in Lakeland and nearby areas.
