Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or general handyman services
• Strong proficiency in a variety of trades
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Vocational or technical training in construction or related fields preferred
• Certifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC a plus
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including (but not limited to): Carpentry (doors, trim, cabinetry, framing), Basic Plumbing (fixture replacement, leak repairs, minor installations), Basic Electrical (outlet/switch replacement, light fixture installation), Drywall repair and painting, Tile installation and grouting, General handyman work
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs with minimal supervision
• Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately track time, materials used, and job progress
• Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
