Multi-Site Security Officer

About the role

The Multi-Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift
• Conduct tours of the property
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer / technology skills needed
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
• Must have a professional demeanor
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation

Qualifications

• Valid UT State Driver's License required
• Must be able to work 2 out of 3 shifts (Day / Swing, Swing / Grave, or Grave / Day open availability greatly desired)
