We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. No job title heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to parse the posting. We have sections: Summary (maybe "About the role"?). The summary paragraph describes role. Could map to "About the role". Then "Essential Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities. Then "Other Responsibilities" maybe also part of responsibilities. Could combine? But we need to preserve all info; we could have one Responsibilities section containing both essential and other responsibilities. Then "Organizational Responsibilities" maybe also responsibilities. Could also be part of responsibilities. But we could separate? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections but only those headings. We can have "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Skills". Possibly also "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" if present. The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule explicitly (though mentions flexible work schedule, but not specific schedule). It mentions "Working Conditions", "Physical Demands", "Required Licenses Or Certifications", "Knowledge, Skills, Abilities". Those could map to Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide mapping. "Required Licenses Or Certifications" could be part of Qualifications. "Knowledge, Skills, Abilities" could be Skills. "Working Conditions" and "Physical Demands" maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. We could include them under a generic section like "Requirements" or "Working Conditions"? But headings limited to given list. Could we add a custom heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, but likely we should stick to those headings. However we need to preserve all info; we could put working conditions and physical demands under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Probably "Requirements" is appropriate for licenses, certifications, education, etc. "Skills" for knowledge, skills, abilities. "Qualifications" maybe for education/experience. But we have overlapping. Let's structure: - About the role: the Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: combine Essential Responsibilities, Other Responsibilities, Organizational Responsibilities (maybe also include supervising staff etc). We'll list as
  • items. - Requirements: maybe include Required Licenses Or Certifications, Working Conditions, Physical Demands? But Working Conditions and Physical Demands are not requirements per se but could be under Requirements. However we might also have a separate section? Not allowed. Could we add a "Working Conditions" heading? Not in list but maybe allowed as it's not prohibited. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are typical but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). I'd interpret that we should use those headings for those sections; we could also use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. However we need to preserve Working Conditions and Physical Demands; we could embed them in a

under Requirements or Qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe education/experience: "High School diploma, GED or an employment history that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the word of a team." Also maybe "Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively..." etc. Actually those are knowledge, skills, abilities. - Skills: "Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs... Strong proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site). Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages... Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinate and team members, including maintenance specialists." We also have "Required Licenses Or Certifications" which could be under Requirements. We also have "Working Conditions" and "Physical Demands" maybe under Requirements as well. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:

We have no Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections (though schedule mentioned under Requirements). We could add a Schedule section but we already put schedule in Requirements. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting mentions flexible work schedule, but not specific schedule details. It's still a schedule mention. Should we create a Schedule section? It says "must be able to work a flexible work schedule and be available via phone and/or email at all times, except during approved time off." That's a schedule requirement. Could be placed under Requirements. The instruction says never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule flexibility, so we could create a Schedule section with that detail. However we already placed schedule in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could move schedule bullet to a Schedule section and remove from Requirements. But we also have other requirements like physical demands etc. Might be better to keep Requirements for licences, physical demands
