Multi-Site Operations Manager - Manufacturing Plant Leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead three facilities, their Production Managers, and 150 to 170 production employees.
• Own safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and cost control across every shift.
• Learn first, then build engagement and accountability with a balanced, steady leadership style.

Requirements

• Senior manufacturing operations leadership
• Experience developing managers
• Lean and ERP/MRP experience
• Analytical, decisive, and visible on the floor

Qualifications

• Multi-site, metal fabrication, building products, HVAC, or engineered-to-order experience
• Bachelor's degree, with UW-Stout alumni especially welcome

Pay

$110,000 to $120,000/yr
