Compensation
$20 to $21 hourly, depending on experience, plus monthly bonus potential, and a $1,500 sign on bonus, payable after 90 days of completed employment.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Participation in an on-call rotation.

What You’ll Do
Skilled Repairs & Diagnostics
- Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
- Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
Operational Execution
- Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
- Maintain inventory and shop organization.
- Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
Safety, Tools & Compliance
- Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
- Maintain personal tool inventory.
- Complete required safety and compliance training.
Additional Duties

Experience
2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred). Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Working knowledge of appliances. High School Diploma or GED.
Requirements
- Universal EPA Certification is preferred.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable).
Skills
- Comfortable diagnosing routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
- Able to complete full make-ready turns independently.
- Safe use of meters and diagnostic tools.
- Proficient with work-order systems and basic computer and mobile technology.
Other Requirements
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
Physical Demands
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms.
- The role may require lifting 50 pounds independently.
- The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential.
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The team member must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
- Working at a personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field is required.
