Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all company safety protocols.
• Maintain a basic personal tool kit.
• Complete required training and compliance courses.
• Additional duties consistent with the position may be assigned.
• Professional and respectful with residents and teammates.
• Eager to learn and develop trade skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Responsive to supervisor direction and feedback.

Requirements

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities expected.
• Physical demands: regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching; use of hands and arms; ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently; respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms; close, distance, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment; ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions; use of personal computer for administrative tasks and mobile devices in the field.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
