Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

About the role

Responsible for performing multi-site maintenance tasks including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks at multiple locations
• Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure service satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor
• Proficient in using common tools and equipment

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
• Basic computer literacy
