Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor (Downtown Indianapolis)

Responsibilities

• Instill a culture of resilient and accountable performers
• Build trusting relationships and employ stellar communication practices
• Lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments
• Oversee additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
• Carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded)

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and mechanical equipment maintenance
