NOW HIRING in Williamsport, PA for a full-time Multi-Site Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join an employee-owned, growing property-management company with over 55 years in the industry.
About the role
Lead and mentor on-site maintenance teams, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Focus on fostering a positive community environment while ensuring property upkeep and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Work Order Management: Assign, track, and complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Vendor Coordination: Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols; maintain a safe work environment.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets; control costs for supplies and repairs.
- Inventory Control: Maintain adequate stock of tools, equipment, and supplies; track usage and reorder as needed.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs when on call.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Resident Interaction: Communicate professionally with residents regarding maintenance concerns and timelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Capital Projects Support: Assist with planning and execution of major renovations or upgrades.
- Salt & snow removal duties.
Requirements
- Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Pay
Starting at $25/hr., depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
