Multi-Site Maintenance and Repair Worker
Core Responsibilities
- Property Auditing: Complete thorough weekly, quarterly, and annual inspections across all properties to spot areas for repair or improvement.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate multiple outside vendors at the same time by getting bids, scheduling the work, and overseeing it until it is done right.
- Event & Guest Logistics: Work closely with other teams to promptly set up properties for residents, guests, and special events.
- Asset Allocation: Efficiently move company assets and equipment between different properties as needed.
- Technical Execution: Complete everyday handyman work, fix minor issues, and assist our interior designer with installations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain neat, accurate repair logs and maintenance records for each property.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Related property maintenance or construction experience is required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and climb on uneven surfaces for an 8–10 hour workday. Must be able to bend, reach, climb ladders, work in tight or confined spaces, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in kitchens, mechanical rooms, residential units, commercial spaces, and outdoors in extreme weather (including heat, cold, sub-zero temperatures, or dusty areas).
- Schedule & Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be flexible to work some nights and weekends, and be available for emergency call-ins when needed.

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, hourly Multi-Site Maintenance and Repair Worker to proactively maintain and repair the residential and commercial properties of Ashbourne Farms and Ashbourne Enterprises. In this role, you will report directly to the Property Manager and have no supervisory responsibilities. You will be the hands-on professional who takes property projects from start to finish, making sure everything is done on time, stays within budget, and meets our high standards of quality.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends as needed.
