About the role

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of multiple properties (two or more), providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Sales
    • Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
    • Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
    • Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
    • Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Resident Experience & Service
    • Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
    • Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
    • Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
  • Operational & Administrative Performance
    • Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
    • Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
    • Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
    • Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
    • Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.

Requirements

  • Organization & Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize wisely, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, prospects, and the team.
  • Problem Solving: Able to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts constructively.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
  • Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri, and social media is a bonus.
  • Availability & Travel: This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.

Physical Demands

  • Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms.
  • Occasional climbing may be required.
  • Extended use of computers or telephones.
  • May require lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms.
  • Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.

Pay

$16 to $18 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, scheduled five days per week, with Sunday and one weekday off.

  • Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
